The office is usually open from 8 to 2.30 pm every day and again in the evenings. Please do leave a message if we don’t answer – we’re usually up in a tree somewhere.
We need a minimum number of climbers to arrange a tree climb or bushcraft session. We may occasionally need to adjust the time or date you book.
Tree climbers aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (on the ground or in the tree – it’s not compulsory for parents to climb) whilst they are climbing.
Bushcrafters aged 17 and under must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
All our tree climbers need to be aged 8 and over. You can have a read why here. Please contact us to discuss if your climbers are aged under 8.
Our booking system charges a 6% booking fee when you book online. If you don’t want to pay this, just give us a call and we can book you in over the phone with no fee.
Climbs for 9 or more people must be booked with us directly and can’t be booked online. Please email or call 0333 800 1188 to book.
