At Goodleaf we love the Isle of Wight & believe in reponsible & sustainable tourism. We try to minimise use of all resources, from turning the computer off after we have answered your emails to using milk from cows living a few fields away for our picnics. Our cakes are baked just down the road by Granny Annie & all the tea, coffee & squash we use is fairly traded and/or organic. We are proud to be members of Green Island Tourism, the Isle of Wight's sustainable tourism network.

Green travel discount

We offer a 5% discount for any tree climbers that travel to the Goodleaf field on public transport, pedal power or by foot. We can offer advice on cycle & foot paths & bus routes.

We actively support Trees for Life and Gift to Nature. We collect donations for both organisations & donate a percentage of our profit to Trees for Life help its excellent work.

Trees for Life is an organisation working specifically for the restoration of the Caledonian Forest and all its constituent species over a large contiguous area in the Highlands of Scotland. 

It is unique in combining an inspiring vision for the return of the forest over the next 250 years with practical action on the ground to help bring that about.

Gift To Nature is a scheme which gives visitors to the Isle of Wight the opportunity to put something back into its environment. With the support of Island businesses, Gift To Nature aims to show how tourism and conservation can help each other.
